Conditions for conducting Exhibition-cum-sale in the vacant space in front of the Museum Theatre.

1. Caution Deposit of Rs. 1, 00, 000 (Rupees One Lakh only) should be paid through online to the following account, after giving the application.

2. Rent @ Rs. 40, 000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) per day should be remitted into the Government account by scanning the QR code in the Government challan which will be created and given by the office.
3. No damage should be caused to the roads and structures shall be done without any hindrance to public.
4. No structural alterations or damages shall be caused during the period
5. It is to be ensured that no set is erected at the location.
6. Make the electric power supply by your own arrangements
7. Water should be arranged by yourself.
8. Wastage and used articles shall be removed at your cost.
9. No postponement / preponement are admissible under any circumstances.
10. Responsibility of safety and security rests with party concerned.
11. No political activities shall be featured
12. Should follow all COVID-19 safety Protocols as per Government instruction.
13. Permission will be cancelled or withdrawn by Head of the Department of Government Museum if any of the condition stipulated above are not strictly complied with.
14. Demand Draft (DD) of Rs.50,000/- as security deposit should be drawn in favour of ‘Chief Accounts Officer, Government Museum, Egmore, Chennai-8 and given. This amount will be refunded at the end of the event if there is no any damage.
15. Shops should be arranged within 8006 sq.ft., Public Pathway should not be disturbed.
16. The Exhibition shall continue for maximum 15 days.
