Lord Napier (1819 - 1898 AD)

It is an oil painting on canvas painted by Loven Dickinson, a British artist worked in India during 19th century. Lord Napier became the Governor of Fort St. George (1866-1872), Madras Presidency. In memory of his service to the British, a memorial park and Bridge named as Napier Park and Napier Bridge were constructed in Chennai.
