Nagapattinam Museum is located near Nagapattinam port on First line Beach Road. It was opened as 16th District Museum in the Year 1999. This Museum exhibits objects of Art, Archaeology, Anthropology , Geology, Botany and Zoology Disciplines. Most important exhibit of this museum is 31 feet length Whale skeleton.
